Position: Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the myriad of tasks associated with the successful operation of a five star resort. Although we believe in a sustainable life for our staff, long hours do occasionally arise in the course of employment.
Profile: Successful candidates for this position should be experienced in 5-star resort operations. An "octopus with a brain" is usually what is required in this role. As such, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, multi-lingual skills, a sense for esthetics and taste are fundamental. At a minimum, a four year degree in hotel or hospitality, as well as a few years experience in luxury resorts will be needed for this position.
